Another fool here.  Sorry to say, I just lost 12 dollars to this scam. wahhh!  I just didn't see enough prevention blogs to avoid this until I read this forum.  But, I was just 10 hours too late... Well, hopefully it will help the next person avoid this scam.

for anyone who paid by paypal and the time limit is over to open a claims resolution or if you closed your account if you paid with a cc or debit card with a via/mastercard logo you can always dispute it thru them!
Call or go to your bank and tell them you want to do a chargeback

Normally I make sure to research these things more, but I think part of me just wanted to test the system, so I went ahead and forked over the few dollars to see what would happen.  After reading a bunch of reviews and then the stuff on this site, I never even expected to get a response email from them.  But within 24 hours, it is in my inbox.

I don't know if anyone has gone ahead and done this recently, but compared to the letter in the first post, it looks like they added some stuff (but obviously still haven't learned how to spell).

write them a email saying we doing a clean up of the server  and erasing unused emails accounts or fake one so please email us back with your username and password so we could know is fully active.. if not the email account will get erase in 5 days...
 
so trust me they would email you back with that user and pass
so in a few days check up on that fake email to see result if not then
send then a 3day notice again.

it says " forgot password". Enter the email you obtained and it will send you the password directly to
the email you typed. So now every time they change their password on myspace you can get it back following the
same steps (they will not even notice) Make sure you erase the message you got from myspace with the username

What is funny, is that according to the response below that I quoted from the first post, they don't do all the work for you.  Yet the new information says that you send them the links and they "kraq" them for you.

wow! what a crock of shit.  Thank you so much for this update!  do you mind if we include this on our main page? we have screenshots etc, but i want to include this response!  especially, since they are using the name COKAINA. that way when someone searches it, it will show up to eskobar cartel. so, their only response was "you cant expect us to do the work for you"?  did they ever send you anything??

Nono, I was quoting the response from Jewels' post at the beginning of this thread.  I see how in the original format, they are expecting you to do all the work by creating a fakespace or whatever.  But now they actually do all the work, I guess, because they tell you to give them the link and they will get back to you when they kraq it. 

Since I already paid, I might as well try sending them a link and see what happens.  If I get an update I will post it.

Just to clarify, I went to myspacegtx.com and to the Get Myspace GTX tab.  I picked the $6, but it seems the $6 and $12 both come up as $10 and the $22 comes up as $20 in the cart area.  So I actually paid $10, but whatever.  They use Google Checkout and the cart page turns out to be www.cokaina.com/GTV.
I think the relation is evident in the name... cokaina --> eskobar cartel.

And yeah, you can add the info to the main page.

with a 7 to 14 day wait time-they obviously have no actual codes to use. my guess is, they are building fake profiles out the wazoo and trying to add their users targets to get the 411. And charging their users 10 bucks for something they could easily do themselves at no cost. So the wording may have changed a bit - but the scam certainly has NOT!
