It went away at about one a.m. and it came back around one p.m. Eastern time. Hmmm. Wonder what it all means.

I just checked on my Blackberry and it still shows the private on mobile for me. My phone does give me the option for desktop or mobile if I hit desktop then of course it won't show it. So maybe check the settings on your phone.

@BADTZ do you use blackberry app for myspace or just the web browser provided by blackberry?  i also have a blackberry and use it to view this person's profile, but nothing shows up... odd.

No I don't use the blackberry app I use the browser, I go to the "go to" type in myspace.com it then asks me for mobile or desktop I choose mobile for looking up their moods and what they say when they are private and use the desktop when I want last login info or for people that use 2.0 but have not realized they need to make each individual thing private as on mobile it will just say private. Hope this makes sense.

Yes, you can still view their status on mobile.

I can still see moods and last login. Wonder why they didn't make that private? Myspace is really paranoid.

Is it private for 2.0 as well?

Its still shows but I have noticed the past few days that it has been disappearing and then returning when I log in at different times.

I've been using this a lot lately, and noticed that it has indeed gotten really buggy and glitchy over the past several days.

However, most of the time when status/mood doesn't show up, just clicking the target's name at the top again refreshes it and brings the status message and mood back up. Or clicking on a target's "View Comments" or "View Friends" or "Status History", then clicking the target's name at the top again from there does it.

Hope all the glitchiness doesn't mean a patch is in the works!
