Is there any code to send a message to people that have "You must be XXX as your friend to send XXX a message"?? Thanks in advance!

No. But if you want to send them a friend request and they require last name/or email you can get a msg to them by sending them an IM invite **see requirements below**
You are allowed to write a personal message to go along with the invite--it goes to their inbox.
**some setting requirements involved...
**They must have their spam setting set to allow IM invitations AND they must allow msgs from non-friends**
