My profile views went down to zero.Is this normal or a MS software glitch.

glitch; normally the glitch only fluctuates the counter by a few numbers.

OK,I figured it was a glitch.
Not that it makes a difference to me,but does it go back to the way it was,or it starts over again from zero.

Who knows - a glitch is a glitch. You may have accidentally reset them.
