I recently switched to 2.0 and made all my comments private. The thing is, though, that I want people to still be able to comment me...just not be able to see all my other comments.  I tried to create a comment box, but when I tested it, it read, "Invalid Friend ID.
This user has either canceled their membership, or their account has been deleted."
Is there a way to fix this? I double-checked my friendID and everything...

When you go to "Customize Profile", there is a module available called "Post Comment" (on the top left of the screen, under "Modules"). Use that one in place of the "Comments" module.

The last few days myspace's image search has only returned 500 results instead of the old limit of 3,200.  Has this happened to anyone else?

Ok, so I did that and it still gives an option for someone to click on a link that connects to the comments page. I have my comments as friends only, but there is no option under Account Settings to make comments completely private. Is there a way to take the link on the "Post Comment" box away?

Try this in your CSS box:
div.postCommentModule div.toolbar ul.links a {display:none;}

When I look at my profile page, my activity stream is not updating?  It has not updated any new friends or song profiles since early August?  It is a 2.0 profile.

Ok, so myspace went and effed with the whole homepage. When I logged on I got the little pop up telling me "myspace redesigned your homepage." Well thanks, but I can't seem to find anything now. No more page views or notifications anywhere that I can see. I am such a creature of habit. Anyone know if it can be changed back? Or where to find this stuff?

edit: nevermind, I figured it out  :Smiley

I'm new here and I need a code.

I want to view someone's blog, but this blog is set on 'diary'. Is there a current code to view a blog set on diary?

There is no code currently working especially if they have it set to diary. It is very helpful to look through the threads before posting. It lets you know what codes are working and what has been patched. You can also use the search box to help you find threads if you do not want to go through all the Myspace threads. you may want to check out the threads of fakespaces.
