Got a question about Myspace?

I can't figure out why I can't start a new topic.  I don't see the button.
My question is this:
My target has a private profile.  Under thier head line they have added a hyperlink that reads VIEW MORE.  Does anyone know what this hyperlink is about?  I don't dare click on it in case it is a tracker of some sort.

I am thinking it does too!!  I logged off my page and then view myself and I have the same link (view more)  i havent resently added anything to my page that would make that.  I also dont have a tracker currently since my page is private and I had it in my headline and those arent working!

MS recently added the option for you to view yours and other past mood history...hence the "view more". Nothing to do with a tracker at all.

Hi, I'm new so I'm sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong place, but I couldn't find where to start a new topic.  It's probably right in front of me. 

I noticed that myspace now has a search for photos, and it can show thumbnails of photos on private pages.  It also shows thumbnails for photos that have been recently removed as well.  So if you use a thumbnail enlarger from greasemonkey you can see and save those photos. 

Hope that can be useful, I just found this site and I wanted to contribute. 

where is the search and does a user need the greasemonkey script?

K I have a question about myspace.  I like to look around on friends of friends pages, and I went on one person I sort of know and saw a comment that seemed interesting so click on the senders page.  He had all his friends blocked and all of his comments block so I know the trick of changing the word profile to friends or comments.  Well when I went to do that all he had up in his browser was....

that is the "direct" url.
http://www.myspace.com/xxxxx  that is usually the url with the username that the person registered with at the end. for example http://www.myspace.com/sam.   if he didnt have a username it would be http://www.myspace.com/12345

At the top of myspace there is a search box with a drop down menu of choices to search.  It's usually set to "web" but they recently added "images" as an option.  The search engine limits the amount of search returns to a few 1000, but hopefully that will be enough to find what you are looking for.  It could take some time, you might have to search through a lot to find your target.

The search terms the engine seems to pick up are the captions of the photos.  So try to use what you think your target would use as a caption.  Names of the people in the photos seem to be work, or an action like, "reading" "eating", etc.

The search is at the top of the site in the drop down menu, it now has an "image" setting to search in.  I think any thumbnail enlarging script would work.  I use the greasemonkey one since I already installed it to see thumbnails bigger on facebook.

im confused hun. what "trick" are referring to? by changing the end of the url??
